About the Role
Responsible for ensuring all departments are working together for the success of the salon.
Must attend a Manager's meeting once a month.
Must attend an Advisory Board Meeting once per semester.
Must be available to represent the student salon at events and be able to speak without hesitation about the program to potential enrolling students.
Must ensure that student stylists are meeting monthly salon goals.
Must meet student stylist salon goals.
Must report to Booster Club Meetings to give parents an update of salon activities and needs.
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Must have completed Introduction to Personal Care Services, Cosmetology Services II and Cosmetology Services III
Must in the licensure program in good academic standing
Must be willing to work in the student salon a minimum of one day per week
About the Company
The Cosmetology Institute at McEachern High School is a Cosmetology program that allows students to earn the 1500 hours needed for licensure by the GA State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers. Students are encouraged to apply for job within the student salon to help build their resume as well as prepare for real world experiences.
